Since webinar access and digital learning resources are delivered immediately after registration, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after registration
    • Dissatisfaction with the webinar content
    • Inability to attend the webinar at the scheduled time
    • Personal schedule conflicts
    • Failure to use the purchased access within the given timeframe
    • Any personal, health, or lifestyle related circumstances

Exceptions
