NETI STHREE is a women focused wellness initiative dedicated to helping women build healthier lifestyles, improve their relationship with food, and achieve sustainable weight management through simple everyday habits.

Our programs are designed especially for women who struggle with weight gain, low energy, hormonal imbalance, or lifestyle related health concerns such as PCOS, thyroid issues, and metabolic problems.

Our mission is simple.

To help women understand their body, correct daily habits, and build a healthy lifestyle using simple kitchen food and practical routines that fit into their daily life.

At NETI STHREE, we focus on:

    • Making nutrition and lifestyle changes simple and easy to follow
    • Supporting women dealing with PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, and hormonal imbalance through lifestyle awareness

    • Building a supportive community of women focused on healthier living

NETI STHREE believes that sustainable health does not require extreme diets, expensive supplements, or complicated routines. Instead, small daily habits and balanced food choices can create lasting change.

The initiative is led by T. Devi Reddy, a Health Coach with a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics and over five years of experience guiding women toward healthier lifestyles.

She has helped more than 4500 women across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana start their journey toward sustainable weight management and improved well being through simple food based lifestyle correction.
